YOGA; RESTORATIVE STRETCH: This class blends deep stretch (yin & restorative yoga) with all styles of yoga. A perfect way to begin your week; this class helps mix up your current routine and create ease of movement. All levels welcome. *Bring your yoga mat(s)
POWER YOGA: This class focuses on strength and flexibility for the ultimate full body workout. The bar and weights are offered to enhance your practice. A combination of poses from Hatha, Kundalini, Ashtanga and Vinyasa are used. Modifications are offered, all levels welcome. *Bring your yoga mat(s) and a block if you have one.
ZUMBA: Dance Dance Dance! This class fusses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves.
CARDIO BLAST: Get the most burn for your buck! Come Shred and tine with an hour with of high intensity intervals involving kickboxing, sports-inspired endurance training and plyometrics.
TABATA HIIT: Using burst of high intensity intervals followed by brief periods of rest, this class will be challenging no matter what your fitness level! Squat, lunge, pugs’ and press your way to stronger body. This class will improve your stamina and endurance all while increasing your metabolic rate for up to 48 hours post workout! All levels are welcome to participate as each individual sets their own pace.
