CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Boot Camp: Intense conditioning class focusing on cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, agility and speed.
Group Cycle: Designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance with aerobic endurance intervals, hills, strength, and speed.
Core Synergy: Results oriented class that involves core training and stretching exercises. Yoga and pilates included.
Kickbox: Class contains fun combinations of upper-body punches, lower-body kicks, blocks, and athletic drills.
Interval: Alternates cardiovascular training with strength training in specific intervals.
Muscle Pump: Strength class utilizing resistance training to achieve muscular strength and endurance.
Pilates: Traditional mat class focusing on core training, balance, stretching, and proper technique.
PiYo: Mind and body class incorporating posture training, controlled breathing, and flexibility. Pilates/Yoga
