CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Total Body Step: Not your traditional step class. This workout includes interesting choreography which will keep you coming back for more.

Athletic Step: This class has an athletic feel which includes agility drills, sports conditioning movement, athletic moves. This class is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

Boot Camp: Intense conditioning class focusing on cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, agility and speed.

Healing Yoga: Utilizes pillows, straps, and props to achieve a variety of Yoga stretches and poses. Increase flexibility and mobility while healing and relaxing mind and body. Beginner– Experienced.

Hatha Yoga: Variety of stretches and yoga poses to strengthen the mind and body and increase flexibility. Beginners to experienced.

Chiseled: Strength class utilizing resistance training to achieve muscular strength and endurance.

Kickbox: Class contains fun combinations of upper-body punches, lower-body kicks, blocks, and athletic drills.

Pilates: Traditional mat class focusing on core training, balance, stretching, and proper technique.

Strong to the Core: With the use of Swiss ball and calisthenics to develop a tighter physique overall. This class finishes with attention flexibility.

Senior Strength: Follow the zany antics of Gretchen & Gary as they lead a basic strength training program especially designed for seniors. Rated "M" for Mature Audiences.

Belly Dancing: Shake and shimmy till you sweat. Awaken your core and increase flexibility with traditional bellydance for beginners.

Hip Hop Hustle: Hip Hop Hustle: Can’t dance , come hustle! Learn fun moves in an easy to follow class. Burn calories and tone your body while having a great time!

Body Combat: Body Combat: Martial arts class that combines Western style boxing, Eastern style Muy Thai, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, and Karate in a fast upbeat class. Burn calories and tone your body while having an awesome time!

Buns & Guns: Buns & Guns: use weights and drills to keep your heart rate up while building and toning upper and lower body

Combo:Combo: different class every week, the instructors choice.

Body Pump:Body Pump: Challenge all your major muscle groups with squats, presses, ,lifts and curls.
