We do offer a $5 per day workout special for all those of you who do not have a membership or if you are from out of town and would like to workout.
We are under New Management and will be bringing in over the next few months new equipment along with other membership improvements.

American fitness family fitness center is truely an unique gym that leaves most people with a great experience. Our fitness gym is designed for All people to feel comfortable while they exercize. We have 5 separate workout areas in our facility. First is our cardio and circuit training machines. 2nd is for group fitness. 3rd for abs, calves and stretching. 4th is our Free Weights or Olympic area. 5th is for Childcare. Men's and Women's dressing rooms have : Showers, Dry Sauna, personal locker's. Together, we can help you meet any and all of your fitness goals. Ask about how our Gym Memberships work. We can also custom tailor a personalized workout made exclusively for you. 
Each person is different and everyone has different goals. American Fitness Gym covers over 17,000 Sq.ft, which is plenty of room for everyone. We have duplicates of many of our weight machines and equipment so waiting isn't a problem. We have
Hammer Strength, Cybex, Icarian weight machine's, and Flex Performance weight machines. In our free weight areas we provide a vast amount of pure black iron just waiting for you. Our olympic free weight areas include 1 huge 5000+ sq.ft area totally devoted just to free weights, racks, benches and more. 
Our Cardio vascular area of our gym provides the best names in the business that are top notch for a better overall workout.

We do offer a special place for your toddler when you are here at American Fitness. Feel free to bring your child into our Childcare center while you are working out. Let us look after your child as you get into a great workout for yourself.
