Athletic Step: This class has an athletic feel which includes agility drills, sports conditioning movement, athletic moves. This class is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.         

Body Combat: Martial arts class that combines Western style boxing, Eastern style Muy Thai, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, and Karate in a fast upbeat class.

Body Pump:  Challenge all your major muscle groups with squats, presses, ,lifts and curls.

Boot Camp:  Intense conditioning class focusing on cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, agility, and speed.

Buns & Guns:  use weights and drills to keep your heart rate up while building and toning upper and lower body

Chiseled:  Strength class utilizing resistance training to

achieve muscular strength and endurance.

Hatha Yoga:  Variety of stretches and yoga poses to strengthen the mind and body and increase flexibility. Beginners to experienced.

Healing Yoga: Utilizes pillows, straps, and props to achieve a variety of Yoga stretches and poses. Increase flexibility and mobility while healing and relaxing mind and body.  Beginner– Experienced

Kickboxing:  Class contains fun combinations of upper-body punches, lower-body kicks, blocks, and athletic drills.

Seniors Strength & Conditioning:  Follow the zany antics of Gretchen & Gary as they lead a basic strength training program especially designed for seniors.  Rated “M” for mature Audiences.

Total Body Step: Not your traditional step class. This workout includes interesting choreography which will keep you coming back for more.

Zumba:  Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and EZ to follow moves to create a dynamic cardio fitness program
